Description: Our adobo seasoning is a yellow colorful seasoning with a great taste. It is an all purpose flavor enhancer that can go on anything prior to grilling. Adobo is very traditional and popular in Mexican foods. In Spanish the word “Adobo” means seasoning.

Sea Salt - Fine

Description: Our Sea Salt has a very fine texture. The fine granules are smaller than table salt. It is commonly used in gourmet and specialty cooking.

 

Uses: Used on pretzels, crackers, and wafers. Also for table use and mixes well with various blends.

 

Note: The common table salt, we use today is primarily kiln-dried sodium chloride with anti-caking agents added. Trace minerals, as well as calcium, magnesium and potassium salts are removed in processing. Kiln-drying involves scorching salt at high heat to remove moisture. MSG or Monosodium Glutamate is a sodium salt derivative of glutamic acid and is commonly used as a food additive and flavor enhancer of processed foods. MSG has no distinct taste associated with it, but it acts as a stimulant to the taste buds by making certain foods taste better. It is most often made through a fermentation process using beet sugar, cane sugar, or molasses and is sold as a substance resembling salt.
