The purpose of Encoura's compensation plan is to:
 

  • Help the person who is just getting started to make a worthwhile profit right away.  
     

  • Provide the part time Agents with an attractive ongoing income that will keep them involved and growing their businesses.  
     

  • Keep the full time business leaders excited about their long term financial health.

Here is a very brief overview of how someone can earn an income as an Encoura Agent.

 

    1.   Become an Encoura Customer and Agent.

    2.   Continue to create other Encoura Customers.

 

And if you want to grow a larger Team.

 

    3.   Teach other Agents how to do 1 & 2 above.

Explaining The

Encoura Compensation Plan

 

 

We want to be clear by saying the only time money is earned by an Encoura Agent is when a product has been purchased by a Customer. Money is earned by Encoura Agents through creating Customers for the products offered by Encoura and never for simply recruiting other Agents.
 


Those who want to earn an income as an Encoura Agent have two tasks to perform:
 

  • The first and most important task - Create Encoura Customers.
     

  • The second task is only for the Agents who choose to build a Team - Train other Agents how to create Encoura Customers.
     


NOTE: There are no limits to the number of Customers an Agent can create.
 

 

Satisfied Customers are the key to unlocking business growth.

Encoura’s beneficial products have developed many ongoing

satisfied customers who continue to order month after month.
 

 

Customers

 


Encoura Agents can develop three types of Customers.
 

 

Serviced Customers
Direct selling has been around for many years and people still enjoy doing business through person to person selling and buying. Serviced Customers purchase products from a qualified Encoura Agent at the Agent’s established retail prices. Most often Agents will deliver the products personally to their Serviced Customers.


Advantage Customers
We live in a fast paced world and many customers like to save time by making their purchases online to have their orders delivered right to their doorstep. For this reason we have a Advantage Customer option for ordering products. Advantage Customers purchase their products directly from Encoura. To purchase directly from Encoura, Advantage Customers must be sponsored by an Encoura Agent.


Wholesale
Customers
Many Customers place an order every month and our average Encoura product order is over $40.00. Wholesale Customers could save $12.00 on an average order. Customers who place an order every month can find a great deal of value by becoming a Wholesale Customer.

 

 

Customers will often want to become Agents to earn an income by creating other Customers for the Encoura products and store. A Customer can become an Encoura Agent at any time.

Agents


Agents are Customers that qualify for bonuses. Anyone can become an Encoura Agent when they complete an Agent Agreement. Agents can earn quick upfront profits from sponsoring Customers and long term residual income through building an Encoura Team. Wholesale Agents can also earn money through retail sales to end consumers.  


Retail Sales to End Consumers

Encoura Agents can earn money through reselling products to retail customers. Qualified Agents can purchase products from Encoura and resell the products for a profit at their own retail prices. The Suggested Retail Prices have been established however the final pricing decision is up to each Encoura Agent.

To Qualify -
Any Agent who elects to retail Encoura's  products should have a valid sales tax exemption or resellers certificate for the states they are selling products before selling products. If an Agent does not have a Sales Tax Exemption or Reseller’s Certificate, they may, nevertheless, develop non-Agent Customers by enrolling them in Encoura’s Customer Programs.

 

What is the Advantage Customer Program?
 

The Advantage Customer Program is a great choice for both our Agents and Customers. Advantage Customers can purchase products directly from Encoura 24/7 at Encoura’s reduced Advantage Customer Prices.

 

Encoura Agents can earn money through sponsoring both Advantage and Wholesale Customers.


What is CV & PV?


CV - Commission Volume
CV is an assigned volume attached to each commissionable product offered by Encoura. Encoura Agents can earn bonuses and commissions on the CV created by their Advantage Customer purchases, and the purchases of other Agents in their Team. The CV is listed next to the price of each product so Agents know exactly how much volume they can earn commissions on.

 

PV - Point Volume
PV is also an assigned volume attached to each commissionable product offered by Encoura. The qualifications of the Encoura Agents Bonuses are determined by the accumulated PV.

 

Why two sets of numbers?
Time has a way of bringing changes and in business those changes often bring higher cost of materials and everything that goes with it. In simple terms it is called inflation. Over time our prices will periodically need to be adjusted and when that happens the CV of our products will adjust along with our prices.

The PV, however, will remain the same. This will allow our Agents to move the same amount of products each month to qualify for bonuses while their income can keep pace with inflation.

Agent Bonuses


 

The Advantage Customer Bonus
The main focus of a new or beginning Encoura Agent should be in creating new Customers for the products Encoura offers. When an Agent sponsors an Advantage Customer, that Customer is placed on the 1st level of the Agent’s Team. (See Bonus Chart) Qualified Agents earn a 35% Advantage Customer bonus and a 5% first level Team Bonus from all of the CV of the orders placed by the Advantage Customers they personally sponsor. That gives the sponsor of an Advantage Customer a total bonus of 40% that is paid on the CV every time the Advantage Customer places an order. This large % bonus provides quick and strong upfront profits to the Agents who are performing the necessary task of creating Customers. Repeat Advantage Customers will bring repeat bonuses.


 

To Qualify for the Advantage Customer Bonus an Agent must:

 

  • Have a minimum of one Advantage Customer and
     

  • Have a minimum monthly Personal Volume of 20 PV.
     

NOTE: Personal volume consists of the Agent’s personal orders and the orders placed by the Agent’s Advantage Customers.  




Retailing Encoura's products and sponsoring Advantage Customers

is where the largest portion of profits are made in any Encoura product

 sale. Encoura’s Team Bonuses offer additional incentives for

our Agents to train and grow their Encoura Team.
 

 

 

 

Agent Bonus
Customers often want to become Agents to start earning profits from creating their own Customers. The Encoura compensation plan has built in incentives for when this happens. Qualified Agents earn a 5% 1st level Team Bonus from the CV created by the orders placed by the Agents and Customers on the 1st level of their Team.  

To Qualify
for the Agent Bonus (5% on 1st level) an Agent must be active and have:
 

  • A minimum monthly personal volume of 20 PV.
     

 

Creating Customers and teaching others to create Customers should be the empowering force that builds an Encoura Team. We believe these two activities should be rewarded and the Encoura compensation plan has been designed to greatly reward those two vital activities.  


Agent II Bonus
When an Agent has sponsored a person who has expressed  a desire to become an Agent, the sponsoring Agent should teach all their new Agent applicants how to create other Customers. The Encoura compensation plan provides excellent motivation for a sponsor to teach other Agents how to create their own Customers.  Qualified Agents can earn a 10% 2nd level Team Bonus from the CV created by the orders placed by the Customers and Agents on the 2nd level of their Team.   

To Qualify
for the Agent II Bonus (10% on 2nd level) an Agent must be active and have:
 

  • A minimum of one active non-Agent Customer and
     

  • A minimum of one active First Level Agent and
     

  • A minimum monthly personal volume of 20 PV and
     

  • A minimum monthly 10 level Team volume of 50 PV.

Team Builder Bonuses
Because the majority of any Team will consist of Customers and Agents who are just getting started, the Encoura compensation plan focuses a great deal of the rewards towards those in this stage of business growth. The Team Builder Bonuses are an extension to these rewards. Qualified Agents can earn a % Team Bonus from the CV created through the orders placed by the Customers and Agents on the 3rd , 4th  and 5th levels of their Team.   

To Qualify
for the Team Builder Bonus (5% on 3rd level) an Agent must be active and have:
 

  • A minimum of two active non-Agent Customers and
     

  • A minimum of two active First Level Agent and
     

  • A minimum monthly personal volume of 20 PV and
     

  • A minimum monthly 10 level Team volume of 100 PV.
     

To Qualify for the Team Builder II Bonus (10% on 4th level) an Agent must be active and have:
 

  • A minimum of three active non-Agent Customers and
     

  • A minimum of three active First Level Agent and
     

  • A minimum monthly personal volume of 50 PV and
     

  • A minimum monthly 10 level Team volume of 200 PV.

 

 

To Qualify for the Team Builder III Bonus (5% on 5th level) an Agent must be active and have:
 

  • A minimum of four active non-Agent Customers and
     

  • A minimum of four active First Level Agent and

 

  • A minimum monthly personal volume of 50 PV and
     

  • A minimum monthly 10 level Team volume of 500 PV.
     

 

Something to Remember


Agents and Team builders will most often have different goals, time considerations and value priorities. Many may want to grow a small part time income or even operate on a minimal activity basis. If these Agents are happy with their achievement level in Encoura, they are just as successful as any other Agent could ever strive to become. Your Team will be built much stronger when you remember this simple idea and respect everyone for their accomplishments.

   


Strong upfront profits will encourage the development of new Customers. A big second level bonus will promote the training of new Agents to create their own Customers. Solid 3rd, 4th and 5th level bonuses help Agents create a stable part time income that will keep them active and involved for a long time. Retention or keeping the Agents involved and active is critical in building a large business Team. The early benefits of the Encoura compensation plan are designed to build a strong and profitable foundation for a growing business.

Team Leader Bonuses
The leaders of an Encoura Team should strive to have a solid business foundation. When the leaders train other Agents to build strong Teams of their own, there should be a lifetime of rewards. The Encoura compensation plan offers those rewards. Qualified Leaders can earn a Team Bonus from the CV created through the orders placed by the Customers and Agents on the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th levels of their Team.   

To Qualify
for the Team Leader Bonus (.25% on levels 6-10) an Agent must be active and have:
 

  • A minimum of five active non-Agent Customers and
     

  • A minimum of five active First Level Agents and
     

  • A minimum monthly personal volume of 50 PV and
     

  • A minimum monthly 10 level Team volume of 1000 PV.
     

To Qualify for the Ruby Team Leader Bonus (.50% on levels 6-10) an Agent must be active and have:
 

  • A minimum of five active non-Agent Customers and
     

  • A minimum of five active First Level Agents and
     

  • A minimum monthly personal volume of 100 PV and
     

  • A minimum monthly 10 level Team volume of 3,000 PV.
     

To Qualify for the Sapphire Team Leader Bonus (1% on levels 6-10) an Agent must be active and have:
 

  • A minimum of five active non-Agent Customers and
     

  • A minimum of five active First Level Agents and
     

  • A minimum monthly personal volume of 100 PV and
     

  • A minimum monthly 10 level Team volume of 10,000 PV.
     

To Qualify for the Emerald Team Leader Bonus (1.5% on levels 6-10) an Agent must be active and have:
 

  • A minimum of five active non-Agent Customers and
     

  • A minimum of five active First Level Agents and
     

  • A minimum monthly personal volume of 100 PV and
     

  • A minimum monthly 10 level Team volume of 25,000 PV.
     

To Qualify for the Diamond Team Leader Bonus (2% on levels 6-10) an Agent must be active and have:
 

  • A minimum of five active non-Agent Customers and
     

  • A minimum of five active First Level Agents and
     

  • A minimum monthly personal volume of 100 PV and
     

  • A minimum monthly 10 level Team volume of 50,000 PV.
     

 

Note:

No more than 40% of your 10 level points can come from any one leg for title qualification purposes. For example, at Team Leader you need 1,000 points with no more than 400 coming from any one leg.

 

No one can guarantee that you or anyone will make money as an Encoura Agent. This explanation is for the purpose of helping people understand how money can be earned through the Encoura compensation plan. We sincerely believe, however, that anyone who is determined to earn an income as an Encoura Agent can do so.
