Why choose business?
We believe the stories of how and why the United States has become so successful economically are either no longer being told or perhaps people have simply just stopped listening. The free enterprise system has been proven to be the most successful economic system ever created and private businesses are the essence of the free enterprise system. We need to start teaching people about owning their own business and how it is the best way to be involved with a successful system of creating wealth.
First and foremost, however, we have a mission to help people understand that they are in control and responsible for where they are in life. Where a person is or has started out in life is not nearly as important as the direction they are currently moving in. We are passionate about promoting a greatly needed change in the way many people think about how personal esteem and financial security is developed. Security is not found in a job, position or title and personal esteem cannot be handed out through government programs. Owning your own business can provide an excellent avenue to acquire both of these attributes.
We believe many people want to be a part of something that is good, honest, growing, uplifting, has meaning or purpose and can be life changing.
Encoura is about you and an individual opportunity. Whether you fail or succeed is your choice. You have to believe that fact. We believe when a person finds an opportunity that offers everyone the same starting place and the same opportunity to advance, they will recognize that their future is in their hands.
