It is time for a change in the industry.
It is difficult not to get upset with some companies in the multi-level marketing industry that prey on the hopes of people only to take their money and leave them with nothing but hurt and discouragement. God help the innocent people who have been so abused.
Let’s get away from the idea of stocking products in a spare room just to qualify for a bonus or to keep an organization. Fear tactics might work well to insure that a company will receive repeat profits every month but what do they do for the person who is struggling to getting started? Encoura believe those activities can hurt the person who is getting started or at best discourages them. That is one reason why Encoura chooses to do things a little different.
Does the Encoura opportunity try to WOW you with big upfront bonuses and matching bonuses? No and the reason is because those big bonuses come with a big price tag that someone somewhere has to pay. Who pays the price? Once more it is most often the person who is just getting started with the hopes of a brighter tomorrow.
The dreamers pay for the large bonuses with inventory purchases, "training" programs, buying additional "profit centers" and many other programs designed to create larger amounts of cash flow. Remember, profits can only come from cash flow so for a company to pay big bonuses they must first collect big payments.
Well here is an idea to consider; most beginners in our industry and people who are looking for a way to get ahead don’t have the extra cash to throw at an opportunity no matter how big the upfront profit potential is. Many who might do very well in the industry turn away due to a lack of money to get started with some of those hyped up programs. Others are wise enough to see that an income opportunity should be appealing to those who are seeking a better income.
Encoura does offer good upfront profits for providing customers with quality products. Products that the customers will probably need to purchase somewhere anyway. Encoura offers products that are typically already in a household budget so there is no real additional spending incurred by customers. Customers most often just change the brand and where they buy the types of products they are already buying.
We believe an extra $100 - $400 each month can make a big difference in the lives of many people. That is why we don’t concentrate on the big bonuses and fast cash programs paying $1000s in the first month. Is the big money available with Encoura? Absolutely, but our focus is on helping people build a solid business income that can benefit their lives for years to come.
