Encoura is a company that is committed to helping people grow and dedicated to bringing safe and effective products to the marketplace. As a manufacturing and distribution company, Encoura does not use traditional retail channels to sell products. Instead, Encoura offers independent Agents an income opportunity for creating customers.

Why was Encoura started?

For two reasons:

First; Encoura believes in the coming years there will be an enormous and exciting change occurring in the multi billion-dollar personal care and home care products industries. There needs to be a trusted resource where consumers can go to find products that are not only safe but also effective. A resource that clearly labels the products and provides information about any potentially harmful ingredients. Encoura is that trusted resource.

Second; there are so many talented people in this country who have what it takes to succeed personally and financially. Many of these people, however, are held back by a doubt that they can really make something happen. This doubt is often caused by a lack of business education and in many cases a lack of money. Encoura is designed to wipe out those doubts.

Encoura's program is affordable for anyone to get started and performing the tasks to become a profitable business are not just easy but also a lot of fun. Keeping Encoura's program simple makes it an equal opportunity for everyone. Women have the same opportunity and are paid the same as men. The high school drop-out will start at the very same place as the business graduate. There is no way for anyone to “buy in” with an advantage or start at a better level.

Encoura has online surveys available for customers to rate products and even rate their customer service experience. If there is a problem somewhere, Encoura gives the customers the chance to voice their opinions right away. Also, when a change is considered in how money is earned by the Agents, Encoura's Agents are given the opportunity to vote and share their thoughts about the proposed change.

Why would I buy Encoura products?

Encoura listens to the customers and tries to offer products the customers are most interested in. Encoura also displays a good amount of information to keep the customers informed about any potential dangers within the ingredients.  Encoura believes the customers should be informed to be able to make an educated decision on the products they use.

The bulk of the profits go back into our communities through bonuses and commissions paid to the Agents that live in our neighborhoods. Why use multi-level marketing?

Because word-of-mouth advertising works. Multi-level marketing is also the best way for the average person to start with whatever he or she has at the time and grow to an unlimited future.

Some people have expressed that multi-level marketing is not a reputable way to do business. Why is that?

Some people believe that multi-level marketing is an illegal business practice. Those people are often confusing multi-level marketing with ponzi scams or chain schemes that are illegal. Encoura is just as disgusted with bad practices as the people who have become bitter about the industry and hopes the general public will become informed on what to look for in a good opportunity.

A good multi-level marketing company will offer sellable products and base their bonuses and commission on the movement of those products to an end consumer. Customers should be able to see enough value in the products to purchase them at their retail prices. Some multi-level marketing companies have their retail prices set so high that customers “join” or become distributors just to get the products at the reduced wholesale prices. Those companies often create more distributors than customers and we believe that can create an unhealthy business environment.   



Why would I join the Encoura Team as an Agent?

Here are a few quick reasons:

• There is no question that establishing a solid secondary income is a very smart thing to do.

• Sponsoring other customers and Agents is not only easy but it can be a lot of fun and making money while having fun is a real good thing.

• Encoura is very loyal to the Agents and will only sell products to or through an Encoura Agent. Never through a retail store. When a customer contacts Encoura to make a purchase without an Agent to sponsor them, that sale will still go through an Agent somewhere.

• No expensive “start up” kit is required to get started as an Encoura Agent. It is free to join.

• There are no monthly minimum purchases or sales required by an Agent. Obviously some volume has to be required to earn a bonus and to determine an active status we do have a 90 day minimum volume but that minimum can easily be met through both Agent and Customer purchases.

Encoura’s income opportunity offers quick upfront profits, achievable qualifications and unlimited income possibilities. Encoura does not claim to offer any person a guaranteed success. It cannot offer an automatic cure-all for everyone’s financial problems. But it does offer a way for anyone to make their financial future a little or potentially a lot brighter.


How do I work the Encoura program?

• Find an Encoura Agent who will sponsor you and send in a completed Encoura Agent Agreement.

• Become a Customer. It is not required but can be extremely difficult to create other Customers when you are not using the products yourself.

• Start telling people about the products and creating Customers. Some Agents enjoy retailing products to customers they personally service. Other Agents sponsor Customers that buy direct from Encoura through the Agent. Both activities can be fun and profitable.

• Agents that want to grow their Team will also train the Agents they sponsor.

Encoura has set some very large goals and understands that success will only come through the success of Encoura Agents reaching their goals.
