Supporters can use the money they are already spending on the things they are already using to support an organization they believe in.
How your organization earns money with the Fundraising Advantage Program.
Once your organization has received an Encoura Affiliate Agent ID#, your organization can use that ID# to sponsor Encoura Advantage Customers through flier hand outs, posters, organization web links, email notices and other ways. Advantage Customer can then purchase directly from Encoura at the discounted Advantage Customer prices.
When your sponsored Advantage Customers place an order; your organization can receive an Advantage Customer and Team Bonus. These two bonuses total 40% of the accumulated monthly CV or commission value of the orders placed. CV is an assigned volume attached to each commissionable product offered by Encoura. The bonuses are based on a point system but total approximately 20% of the products order.
Bonuses are paid out on or around the 15th of each month and are based on the accumulated CV of the orders that came in the month prior to the bonus being paid. Your organization will continue to receive monthly bonuses for as long as your organization stays in the program and your Advantage Customers continue to purchase.
Example - 50 Advantage Customers each placing a 20 CV order in a given month would create 1000 CV. (The average Encoura order is over 20 CV) 1000 CV multiplied by 40% would give your organization a $400.00 funds check.
Encoura offers consumable products that people enjoy using and most often continue to purchase month after month. This could provide your organization monthly funds and give your supporters the benefits of discounted prices. Everyone benefits!
How to get started and work the Fundraising Advantage Program.
First - Your organization will need to become an authorized Encoura Affiliate Agent by completing an Affiliate Agreement (Online Agreement / Printable pdf Agreement) and receive an Agent ID#. There is no cost for your organization to become a Affiliate Agent.
Then - Request a pdf document for a fundraising flier designed specifically for your organization. Here are two samples to view (see sample 1 / see sample 2). We can also customize a flyer for your organization. You can also create your own but we will need to authorize it before distribution.
We try to preserve our natural resources by keeping your fundraising advertising fliers to one page and electronic when possible. That is why we offer black and white printable one page fliers. This is the most economical way to produce fliers as only the amount that is needed gets printed.
Next - Print the amount of fliers your organization will need and give the fliers to organization helpers to distribute among the supporters and any potential supporters. Print additional fliers when needed or periodically send out fliers as a reminder to supporters. After the fliers are handed out, the Encoura web site can do the work of a catalog. This is the simplest way to get the word out with the least amount of waste.
Idea - Another excellent way to inform people about your fundraising efforts is to send out an email message announcing the program to supporters. Depending on the length of the fundraising program, a periodical email message can also be sent to remind supporters about the program. Advantage Customers will also receive occasional email messages regarding special price promotions and new product announcements from the Encoura Company. It is always a good idea to include your ID# with any fundraising announcement your organization sends out.
Remember - Encoura collects all monies, processes all orders and ships all products. Your organization only needs to advertise the program with your ID# to sponsor the Advantage Customers. Encoura takes care of everything else!
